Pregnancy can be exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. During this time you will have lots of questions and as Queenstown’s only women’s’ health physiotherapy clinic we would love to guide you through them each step of the way. We feel every woman should be seen by a pelvic health physiotherapist during their pregnancy as this can really empower you throughout your journey. We can help with exercise advice during pregnancy, how to protect your tummy muscles, pelvic floor checks and advice and techniques to help manage both vaginal and caesarean deliveries. Growing your baby is an exciting time in your life, your body is resilient and adaptable but not without some compromises. Throughout your pregnancy you will experience hormonal and postural changes to help accommodate your baby. These changes can sometimes be uncomfortable and painful or you wont notice them at all!
